Ron Williams, along with Nicole Farr, manager of communications, manages the operations and programs of the Arizona Insurance Council (AIC). He is responsible for the administrative, financial and public outreach functions, and building value within the organization for the PC insurance company and trade association members that support AIC.

Ron has over four decades of communications, public affairs, public relations and issues management experience on behalf of trade associations, corporations and non-profits.

Ron’s insurance background includes GEICO’s corporate communications office and work with the Insurance Information Institute, Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the National Insurance Crime Bureau; and success in promoting insurance industry issues.

Ron was also director of external affairs for a national trade association, the American Plastics Council in Washington, D.C.

More recently, in Arizona, Ron managed the communications and public relations and served as the media spokesperson/contact and government relations representative for a financial trade association.
